Junior IT Business Analyst

How does a professional banking system work in the background? How can data be stored in databases? How to define the best solution for a calculation which is performing well and flexible enough? How does working in a Scrum team help you to align technology and business aspects?

We would like to employ our new business analyst colleague with the possibility of outsourcing. If you're interested in collaborating with one of Hungary's market leading banks, this opportunity is for you.

As a Junior IT Business Analyst you will:

participate in defining and designing the best solution complying with the business requirements;
support joint design meetings and workshops with the client;
formulate use cases for IT systems;
parametrize and model functionalities in a low-code framework;
participate proactively in scrum ceremonies;
cooperate with developers and clients in line with Agile values;
define test scenarios in order to ensure successful delivery of the project (UAT and release support) in line with QA principles;
perform testing of designed functionalities;
support users in getting started with the application (user guide, e-learning material preparation).

What you will need:

interest in software development and information technology;
1-2 years of experience as a system analyst / business analyst;
degree in economics or information technology;
IT, banking or consulting experience is a plus;
experience with SQL, MySQL on a basic level;
knowledge of visual modeling software is a plus (e.g: Rational Rose, MS Visio);
working proficiency in English and fluent Hungarian;
analytical thinking, attention to detail;
good communication skills and a team player attitude;
enthusiasm about Agile.

Junior Software Engineer (Java)

At Loxon we build world-class software covering the entire lifecycle of lending and risk management and deliver them as integrated solutions for the financial services industry. We have major banking groups among our customers from 25+ countries in Europe and other global regions. We have a unique blend of competence of domain knowledge and technical skills with business professionals having a strong background in banking and consulting, and software experts skilled in system & software design, data science and analytics.

As a Junior Software Engineer you will:

develop banking software solutions using Java technology;
follow clean code principles;
test created functions;
seek and create automation opportunities (using Jenkins);
create solutions compatible with external systems (using SOAP, REST);
communicate and cooperate with IT and bank employees;

If you have:

degree qualified in Computer Science or related discipline;
at least 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in Java development in application server environment;
good written and verbal communication in English;
logical and structural thinking skills, sense of initiative and the ability to operate autonomously
