Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain AWS services (EC2, RDS, VPC, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Load Balancers, Lambda).

• Design and implement custom monitoring solutions

• Monitor system performance, handle alerts, troubleshoot incidents, and perform RCA.

• Process and resolve customer support tickets related to infrastructure, performance, and access issues.

• Escalate application-related customer requests and issues to the development team.

• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support critical systems and SLAs.

• Manage IaC deployments using Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Implement automation using Python/Bash and AWS-native tooling.

• Apply AWS security best practices (IAM, KMS, encryption, network controls).

• Optimize resource usage and help reduce AWS cost through FinOps practices.

• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, preferably in enterprise-scale environment.

• Knowledge of core AWS services and networking (EC2, S3, VPC, routing, DNS).

• Experience with automation and/or IaC tools ( Jenkins, Terraform, CloudFormation)

• Scripting skills (Python, Bash).

• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and logging (e.g., Prometheus, CloudWatch)

• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Ability to work in an on-call rotation (24/7 support).

• Fluency in English

Key Responsibilities

• Full business ownership of a ~50-person unit, including revenue, costs, and profitability (P&L)

• Managing strategic banking client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships

• Defining business objectives and development directions in cooperation with senior leadership

• Leading, mentoring, and developing the consulting team, including strong people management and succession planning

• Effective management of the project portfolio and resource allocation

• Identifying new business opportunities and providing professional support for proposals and negotiations

• Close collaboration with other business unit leaders and senior management to achieve strategic goals

• Guiding team leaders and defining priorities

Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience in software development, banking, or IT consulting environments

• Proven experience in managing complex, strategic client relationships

• Knowledge of banking operations – in particular, lending and credit risk management is a strong advantage

• Strong business mindset and experience with P&L responsibility

• Excellent people management and communication skills

• Confident, professional command of English

What You’ll Do

• Gather and translate business requirements from Finance or Risk teams into BI solutions.

• Identify KPIs and performance metrics relevant to banking operations.

• Evaluate existing reports and profitability/risk models to support business decision-making.

• Configure OFSAA modules and design OAS reports in alignment with client needs.

• Perform functional testing, validation, and user acceptance.

• Prepare documentation and deliver user training to business teams.

• Support post-implementation activities and contribute to continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in the banking or financial sector (Finance, Risk, Treasury, ALM, or Controlling functions is a must).

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in reporting, data analysis, or BI consulting roles.

• Understanding of banking processes and data — ability to interpret and model financial and risk metrics.

• Exposure to one or more banking IT systems (e.g., OFSAA, ALM, FTP) is a strong plus.

• Good command of Oracle SQL / PL-SQL for data validation, testing, and reporting purposes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with high attention to detail in data validation and report accuracy.

• Excellent communication skills — ability to liaise between business and technical teams.

• University degree in Economics, Finance, or Banking (or currently pursuing a Master’s).

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

As a Junior Software Engineer you will:

• develop banking software solutions using Java technology;

• follow clean code principles;

• test created functions;

• seek and create automation opportunities (using Jenkins);

• create solutions compatible with external systems (using SOAP, REST);

• communicate and cooperate with IT and bank employees;

• degree qualified in Computer Science or related discipline;

• at least 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in Java development in application server environment;

• good written and verbal communication in English;

• logical and structural thinking skills, sense of initiative and the ability to operate autonomously

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• analyze user stories for validity and feasibility;

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• 5+ years of experience in software testing;

• basic knowledge of Database/SQL;

• experience with any keyword-based framework is a plus;

• technical university degree (information technology, engineering, mathematician or other relevant fields),

Responsibilities:

• deeply understanding, gathering and analysing business requirements relating to banking software;

• supporting joint design meetings and workshops with the client, so as to comprehend problems and determine the best solutions;

• participation in estimation and documentation processes;

• proactive participation in scrum ceremonies;

• cooperation with developers and clients in line with Agile values;

• creating, analysing and validating detailed functional specifications and user stories;

• developing and implementing test scenarios in order to ensure successful delivery of the project (UAT and release support) in line with QA principles. Manual testing as well as preparing test scenarios for automation is inclusive.

Requirements:

• interest in software development and Information Technology;

• 3+ years of experience as a system analyst, as an IT business analyst or in risk management (banking);

• degree in economics or information technology;

• experience with SQL;

• Git / SVN experience is a plus;

• knowledge of visual modelling software is a plus (e.g: Rational Rose, MS Visio);

• professional working proficiency in English and fluent Hungarian;

• analytical thinking, attention to detail;

• good communication skills, client focus and a team player attitude;
