Senior IT Business Analyst (Product Development)

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst who will actively participate in the product development process and help us create a future-proof cloud-based banking software service for our clients.

As a Senior IT Business Analyst on any typical woekday, woking with the most up-to-date technical stack in a microservice architecture you will be busy analyzing business requirements and finding the best solution for the client's problems that fits our product concept in collaboration with the product manager and rest of the engineering and consulting teams. Besides product definition, you also will take part in creating best practices fr project planning, implementation, testing and above all advocating and driving User Experience design.

As a Senior IT Business Analyst you will:

  • understand business requirements coming from the Business Consulting team and having a full picture of the SaaS product, you will deeply participate in formulating and designing the best solution for the client

  • cooperate closely together with product development and project implementation teams (Developers and Business Consultants as well) in line with Agile values;

  • become an active member of the scrum team to break down product functionalities to configuration tasks;

  • create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications (based on user stories, and business requirements), formulate use cases for IT systems;
