Engineering Manager

About the role

As Engineering Manager, you will lead a large, cross-functional software engineering unit composed of 2-4 scrum teams developing enterprise web applications. Your primary goals are to make sure your team’s delivery targets are met, the released software meets the expectations of your internal and external customers and to help strike a balance between business and technical deliverables. System Operations Specialist

We are growing our SaaS product offerings and looking for an operations & support specialist who would join Loxon's recently formed operations & support (SysOps) team. The job involves daily L2 technical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our AWS based enterprise applications used by international clients in the financial domain, as well as taking calls, resolving tickets from customers, and coordinating with the development teams on issues requiring modifications in the product.
