What You Bring:

As a Senior IT Business Analyst you will:

• understand business requirements coming from the Business Consulting team and having a full picture of the SaaS product, you will deeply participate in formulating and designing the best solution for the client

• cooperate closely together with product development and project implementation teams (Developers and Business Consultants as well) in line with Agile values;

• become an active member of the scrum team to break down product functionalities to configuration tasks;

• create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications (based on user stories, and business requirements), formulate use cases for IT systems;

• manage the low-code / no-code part of the implementation: parametrizing, UI definition, data modeling, business process definition, configuring business logic, configuring interfaces;

• participate in estimation and documentation processes (writing user facing documentation and service or user manual in English);

• develop and implement business test scenarios in order to ensure successful delivery of the project (UAT and release support) in line with QA principles.

What you will need:

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or as a System Analyst;

• experience in software development projects in a professional environment;

• degree in economics, science, technology, engineering, or mathematics with a technical acumen;

•  Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, including the ability to understand and work with database schemas;

• experience with ticketing systems (Jira, Redmine, Mantis);

• MS Office skills;

As a Software Engineer you will:

• participate in the creation of high-quality software solutions both in Hungary and abroad;

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage system delivery and rollout for global financial institution subsidiaries in Europe and Asia 

• Continuously track the cost and timeline of system implementation projects from inception to completion.  

• Collaborate closely with the Scrum team, including the Product Owner 

• Act as a trusted advisor and customer success manager for banks, understanding their key initiatives and business needs by continous and close cooperation with client stakeholders, including middle level management and C-level executives.  

• Knows and understands the product, its capabilities, and ensures product-compliant implementation during the implementation process, as well as scoping and scheduling in alignment with the product roadmap 

• Prepare mid and long-term strategic and team reasource planning.  

• Participate in cross- and up-sale activities.  

• Continuously track the financial aspects of the customer/project portfolio yearly target.  

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.  

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience as an IT project manager or IT consultant.  

• Past experience in IT implementation projects 

• Motivation to understand the collection business domain and the delivered product.  

• Fluent and confident communication skills in English (negotiation level).  

• Excellent presentation skills to lead strategic committees both internally and with customers.  

• Experience in managing multiple IT projects in parallel.  

Responsibilities:

• deeply understanding, gathering and analysing business requirements relating to banking software;
• supporting joint design meetings and workshops with the client, so as to comprehend problems and determine the best solutions;
• participation in estimation and documentation processes;
• proactive participation in scrum ceremonies;
• cooperation with developers and clients in line with Agile values;
• creating, analysing and validating detailed functional specifications and user stories;
• developing and implementing test scenarios in order to ensure successful delivery of the project (UAT and release support) in line with QA principles. Manual testing as well as preparing test scenarios for automation is inclusive.

• interest in software development and Information Technology;
• 3+ years of experience as a system analyst, as an IT business analyst or in risk management (banking);
• degree in economics or information technology;
• experience with SQL;
• Git / SVN experience is a plus;
• knowledge of visual modelling software is a plus (e.g: Rational Rose, MS Visio);
