What You’ll Do

• Build and continuously improve a scalable, industry-standard release management framework

What You Bring

• Strong background as a Lead Software Engineer, preferably in product-oriented environments.

• Deep expertise in designing and operating Microservice Architectures.

• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)

• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration, specifically Kubernetes.

• Proven experience with cloud systems and managed services (especially AWS)

• Strong practical knowledge of implementing and managing Event-Driven Systems using Apache Kafka or similar message brokers.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain High Available Clusters and fault-tolerant systems.

• Experience implementing advanced deployment techniques such as Blue-Green Deployment or Canary releases.

• Familiarity with modern release management practices and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Full business ownership of a ~50-person unit, including revenue, costs, and profitability (P&L)

• Managing strategic banking client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships

• Defining business objectives and development directions in cooperation with senior leadership

• Leading, mentoring, and developing the consulting team, including strong people management and succession planning

• Effective management of the project portfolio and resource allocation

As an Datawarehouse Consultant  you will:

1. Understand Client Requirements• Meet with stakeholders to gather business goals and reporting needs.• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and business processes.• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

2. Assess Current Data Environment• Evaluate existing data sources, databases, ETL processes, and reporting tools.• Perform data quality assessments and identify gaps or inefficiencies.

3. ETL/ELT Design and Implementation• Design ETL/ELT processes to extract, transform, and load data from source systems.• Select or build ETL tools (e.g. Oracle Developer Integrator).• Implement data validation and enrichment processes.

4. Testing and Validation• Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).• Validate data accuracy, completeness, and performance.

5. Training and Documentation• Create technical documentation, data dictionaries and lineage diagrams.• Train end-users, analysts, and IT teams on using the data warehouse and tools.

6. Performance Monitoring and Optimization• Monitor query performance and system usage.• Tune queries, indexing, and partitioning strategies.

7. Ongoing Support and Evolution• Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting.

What you need:

• A good command of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, with experience in writing medium/complex queries, stored procedures, and performing data manipulation and analysis in Oracle databases;

• Have experience or working knowledge of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or to be able to learn it quickly;

• Understands key economic and financial / banking concepts and is able to translate them into code logic and relevant data models with guidance from senior colleagues;

• Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail, both in the logic used to process data and in validating results or spotting inconsistencies;

• Show a strong willingness to grow and develop as a well-rounded developer, actively contributing to data warehousing and integration projects;

• To be proactive, solution-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with both business and IT teams;

• A good command of English, both written and spoken, and can comfortably work in international or cross-functional teams;

• University degree,  ASE / “Informatica Economica” or currently doing the Master degree in the same University or has graduated the University recently.

What You’ll Do

• Gather and translate business requirements from Finance or Risk teams into BI solutions.

• Identify KPIs and performance metrics relevant to banking operations.

• Evaluate existing reports and profitability/risk models to support business decision-making.

• Configure OFSAA modules and design OAS reports in alignment with client needs.

• Perform functional testing, validation, and user acceptance.

• Prepare documentation and deliver user training to business teams.

• Support post-implementation activities and contribute to continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in the banking or financial sector (Finance, Risk, Treasury, ALM, or Controlling functions is a must).

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in reporting, data analysis, or BI consulting roles.

• Understanding of banking processes and data — ability to interpret and model financial and risk metrics.

• Exposure to one or more banking IT systems (e.g., OFSAA, ALM, FTP) is a strong plus.

• Good command of Oracle SQL / PL-SQL for data validation, testing, and reporting purposes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with high attention to detail in data validation and report accuracy.

• Excellent communication skills — ability to liaise between business and technical teams.

• University degree in Economics, Finance, or Banking (or currently pursuing a Master’s).

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

As a Junior Software Engineer you will:

As a Senior IT Business Analyst you will:

• understand business requirements coming from the Business Consulting team and participate in formulating and designing the best solution in the form of user and technical requirements;

• cooperate closely together with Developers (Java) and Business Consultants in line with Agile values;

• become an active member of the scrum team to break down features to implementation tasks;

• create, analyze and validate detailed functional specifications (based on user stories, business requirements), formulate use cases for IT systems;

• manage the low-code / no-code part of the implementation: parametrising, UI definition, data modeling, business process definition, configuring business logic, configuring interfaces;

• participate in estimation and documentation processes (writing user facing documentation and service or user manual in English);

• develop and implement manual test scenarios in order to ensure successful delivery of the project (UAT and release support) in line with QA principles.

What you will need:

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or as a System Analyst;

• experience in software development projects in a professional environment;

• degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics with a technical acumen;

• SQL skills;

• experience with UML modeling tools (e.g.: Astah, Rational Rose, MS Visio, Aris, Enterprise Architect) competency to create entity, activity, use case diagrams;

• User Experience skills (screen design, mockups);

• experience with ticketing systems (Jira, Redmine, Mantis, Bugzilla);

• MS Excel and PowerPoint skills;

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a system analyst, as an IT business analyst or in risk management (banking);

• degree in economics or information technology;

• Git / SVN experience is a plus;

• knowledge of visual modelling software is a plus (e.g: Rational Rose, MS Visio);
