Marketing Specialist (Part Time)

We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a part of the marketing department, your primary responsibility will be to implement the annual marketing strategy, aiming to achieve both short-term and long-term revenue goals from product sales, as well as the desired level of brand awareness.

In this role, you will need to gain a deep understanding of the value we offer our customers and the positive impact we have on their businesses. A human-centric mindset and an empathy-driven approach to understanding the problems faced by our clients' customers are crucial. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in B2B marketing principles, have experience in SaaS and the FinTech industry, or have a background in the banking sector or a financial organization, with a strong grasp of industry characteristics.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining effective external and internal marketing (and PR) activities, while helping to shape the image of Loxon. You will collaborate with various internal teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, in order to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. Your duties will include conducting market research, positioning, and creating value propositions; planning and executing campaigns, including launch plans; developing and maintaining sales and marketing collateral; and measuring and reporting on the success of marketing initiatives. With a strong emphasis on digital marketing, you will play a key role in our digital marketing efforts.

This is a part-time position with a 6-hour daily schedule. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing.

As a Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • helping in the data and content-driven marketing strategy with a strong focus digital marketing and customer lifecycle management for both potential new and existing customers partners
  • making recommendations events and conferences where the company should be present, and organize them thereby supporting the recruitment of non-digital interested parties and increasing the prestige value of Loxon
  • managing the digital channels of Loxon (web, social media, etc.) and the content that appears them
  • developing and creating marketing materials such sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
  • creating the company's email marketing strategy and its management;
  • working with external agencies and vendors execute marketing programmes
  • CRM management;
  • carrying out PR-related tasks

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • proven experience in B2B inbound marketing (e.g., content marketing, SEO) and outbound marketing (e.g., email marketing);
  • strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such, Google Analytics, CRM systemse.gHubSpot), and content management systems like WordPress;
  • skills in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar marketing role
  • relevant college/university degree (preferably Economics/Marketing);
  • hands-on experience with managing online communication channels
  • excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • good command of English and fluent Hungarian

As a Product Marketing Specialist you will have a key strategic role at Loxon because you will own and exercise governance over the products (Rating/Scoring; Early Warning; Collection) from a marketing perspective. As a lynchpin member of the marketing department, you will primarily be responsible for developing and executing the product marketing strategy in order firstly to reach the short and long-term goals for the revenue we generate from our product sales, and secondly to reach the desired level of brand awareness. The strategies you will create must be well developed and derive from a deep understanding of the value we create for our customers and the positive impact we have on their business.It is essential that you have a human-centric mindset, an empathy-driven approach to understanding the problems the customers of our business clients need to be solved.The ideal candidate will be familiar with the principles of B2B product marketing, will understand the differences between On-premises and SaaS business models, will have experience in SaaS and the FinTech industry or will have previously worked in the banking sector or a financial organisation and so will be well acquainted with the industry’s characteristics.

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, planning, and executing the marketing strategy for Rating/Scoring, Early Warning, and Collection. You will work closely with the product and product development team, sales team, and management to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to develop and execute effective product marketing strategies. Your job includes conducting market research, positioning, and creating a value proposition; crafting and executing campaigns including campaign launch plans; developing and maintaining sales and marketing collateral; and measuring and reporting on the success of product marketing initiatives. With a strong focus on digital marketing, you will play a pivotal role in content marketing, including planning, creating, and managing various content materials.

You will report directly to the Head of Marketing.

As a Product Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • defining the product marketing strategy and roadmap working closely with the Product and the Product Development team;
  • conducting market research to identify industry trends, customer needs and competitive landscape;
  • developing positioning and messaging that differentiates our Rating/Scoring, Early Warning, and Collection systems in the market;
  • collaborating with the Product and the Product Development team to ensure product features align with market needs and positioning;
  • developing and executing campaigns to drive product adoption, such as email campaigns, social media campaigns, and paid advertising campaigns;
  • creating and maintaining sales and marketing collateral, such as product flyers, product sheets, product brochures, ppts, videos, etc.;
  • planning the yearly content marketing strategy;
  • writing, editing and producing various types of content such as blog posts, e-books, whitepapers, infographics and more;
  • collaborating with other teams, such as design and product, to ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience;
  • fostering seamless collaboration inside your organization with the affected departments in order to have the required information flow; organize and chair forums with this in mind;
  • staying up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing technologies and tactics so as continuously to improve the product marketing strategy;
  • collaborating strongly with third parties, such as graphic designers, media agencies, and web developers.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • a proven track record in the FinTech or banking sector, along with strong technological skills;
  • an experience in successfully managing products in B2B;
  • a deep understanding of various marketing concepts such as branding, pricing, segmentation, targeting, and positioning;
  • strong project management and organizational skills;
  • knowledge of B2B buying journey and the ability to plan a variety of B2B content that aligns with different stages of the journey;
  • strong (copy)writing skills to create striking content marketing and other marketing materials.

Senior IT Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst who will actively participate in the software development process and help us create a future-proof banking software solution for our clients.

As a Senior IT Business Analyst on any typical workday, you will be busy analyzing business requirements and finding the right solution in collaboration with the rest of the engineering and consulting teams, leveraging the functionality of Loxon’s existing product portfolio. Besides product definition, you also will take part in project planning, implementation, testing and above all advocating and driving User Experience design.

As a Senior IT Business Analyst you will:

  • understand business requirements coming from the Business Consulting team and participate in formulating and designing the best solution in the form of user and technical requirements;
  • cooperate closely together with Developers (Java) and Business Consultants in line with Agile values;
  • become an active member of the scrum team to break down features to implementation tasks;
  • create, analyze and validate detailed functional specifications (based on user stories, business requirements), formulate use cases for IT systems;
  • manage the low-code / no-code part of the implementation: parametrising, UI definition, data modeling, business process definition, configuring business logic, configuring interfaces;
  • participate in estimation and documentation processes (writing user facing documentation and service or user manual in English);
  • develop and implement manual test scenarios in order to ensure successful delivery of the project (UAT and release support) in line with QA principles.

What you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or as a System Analyst;
  • experience in software development projects in a professional environment;

Regional Sales Manager (CEE)

Loxon is a business solution provider offering integrated lending, collection, and risk management software solutions for the financial services industry. The company HQ is based in Hungary (Budapest) and has offices in Amsterdam, Bucharest, Dubai, and Bahrain.

Loxon customer and reference base extends to 25+ countries on 4 continents. Loxon intends to develop its customer base in Europe mainly focusing on the top 15 banks, large leasing companies, and lenders in each country, and leading banking groups of the region. We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to support us in the CEE region in achieving and surpassing our goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive sales and business development activities for Loxon products in CEE countries
  • Expand market presence and capture new business opportunities in Western Europe
  • Develop and maintain a prospect matrix to inform structured sales and marketing efforts
  • Be the driving force behind positioning us as a competent and value-oriented vendor. As a key player in our sales activities, you'll excel at reaching decision makers and influencers, showcasing the unique value that Loxon brings to the table
  • Collaborate with Partner Management to build a robust partner network, driving projects and supporting the implementation of Loxon products
